Micro Valve
These valves are Manual Operated valves to regulate the flow anywhere from full open to fully closed. These are designed specifically to accurately control the process. Improved sealing devices and highly accurate machining of the stem have provided tight shutoff as well as characterizable control. The design of the regulating element, which allows the stem to turn into the flow without any significant side loads.
The rotary action of the stem provides a shearing action against the seal, which allows for clean separation of the process during closure. Tight shutoff is a characteristic of control valves, since the stem remains in continual contact with its seal. A Micro valve is designed to take a pressure drop in order to reduce line pressure and flow. The interior passageways of a regulating valve are designed to handle pressure differential.
Material Construction: AISI 304, AISI 316 & AISI 316L.
Sizes: From 1" to 4" (25mm to 100 mm)
Standards: Unions: End connections with SMS/IDF & DIN.
Quality Tests: Metallurgical tests & Pressure Tests.
